Nice composition!

maxxpump responds:

Thankyou!

Pretty Good

I prefer a bassier and deeper voice for Punisher though. Maybe a tad bit too much echo. Good music though

Shock-Dingo responds:

Hi there,
Thanks for taking time to leave a comment. :) Heh, yea, maybe a bit too much echo. I originally wasn't going to have it in there, but I wanted to audience to realize it's all internal, so that they wouldn't say: "Hey, why's he talking like that?" I agree with the music comment. Kevin MacLeod has some incredible stuff, it's hard to believe it's all free.

Anyways, thanks again, take care and all the best to you.

Pretty Sweet

What music software did you use? I like the arrangement of this. I don't have any music software unfortunally.
The slight reverb on the melody line is great too.

KVPspb responds:

Well, i used FL studio 9 with a lot of VST plugins.
Thx man :)

I like it

I use audacity too, but only for editing and putting it to Mp3. I use the guitar and the Zoom recorder to go through the computer (along with various effect pedels I have.)
I would suggest getting a studio mic or finding someway of plugging in directly (main reason i use the Zoom handy recorder) It's not bad now, but it really would be cool to hear this in surround sound, lol.

tazz780 responds:

Haha that's great advice.
I actually have a studio set up I can use, but not often.
It was brutal trying to mix, The worst was trying to use the Noise reduction feature on a live recording haha.
The other song I have up I used Audacity with a P.A and plugged directly in.
Thanks for the input :)
cheers dude!.

I liked it

I like it. I always like soloing over a string (even if its midi) progression, I'm assuming you recorded it through a mp3 system on a computer?

Lightningpichu responds:

Yah, is that bad??

Retro MIDI

The searing lead thing, like a whistle, reminds me of a effect used for the Sonic 4 soundtrack, for that winter stage? Good stuff, I never dabbled much into MIDI. All my effects are guitar driven. Probably making it a lot harder for myself lol.

shizeet responds:

Heh, I don't think I've ever played Sonic 4, so I can't draw the comparison, but the lead is one of those somewhat generic electronica leads. I did actually throw in a guitar distortion effect on it for when it repeated though.

So...

You made this song to the flash itself? So your looking to be a composer of soundtracks? I think many times, myself included, do something, and its not really able to fit in a flash. Can you just cut and edit pieces of a song in a flash?
BTW good stuff

wyldfyre1 responds:

LOL well when we were talking about doing the GR redo movie sunrie came to me and asked for a song for a scene in the flash flick. and this came out.. we ended up using a part of it but yeah it worked.. Thanks for the review.

Lol

I swear to god I didn't steal your title. lol it's a good title though. I like this song. I wish I knew more on how to do digital music. Very oriental sounding. Good syncing of the instruments.

wyldfyre1 responds:

haha its ok man! I'm not bothered by it! =) Well if you need help with music you can always come ask me! I could explain how to do some things =). as always thanks for the review!
